Hi, my name is Katie Mihelic, and I’m a student at Butler University. Through Launch Hope, a microenterprise development program supporting both for-profit and nonprofit ventures, I was partnered with Mrs. Tiana and Creative Minds Healthcare Solutions/Creative Minds Work Publications. I worked as a content strategist, focusing on digital marketing support, especially on Instagram.

Mrs. Tiana was an absolute joy to work with. We were in constant communication, late at night, on weekends, you name it, and she was always ready to provide the resources and guidance I needed. She gave me full creative freedom while sharing valuable industry insights, which helped me gain confidence and real expertise. On top of that, she even offered me a spot in one of her CPR training classes, on the house, which shows how much she genuinely supports those with whom she works.

In the content I’ve seen and through my own interactions with her, I’ve observed her deep commitment to her work and the bigger issues she champions.
