Tiana is an engaging instructor. Even though the BLS certificate class is several hours long, the students learn and have fun at the same time. She shares real-world scenarios to help the students understand the process even better. The hands-on coaching is invaluable. I would recommend this training for anyone who wants to know basic life support!
